Terms of Use

1. Terms

By accessing your Create Your Signature Look (CYSL) online tools, including your online learning portal (powered by Kajabi), your virtual closet (powered by Hue & Stripe) and Google Drive, referred to hereafter as "Tools", throughout the duration of the CYSL program, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Tools. The materials contained on Tools are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials from your Tools for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials;

use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Tools;

remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Natalie Setareh or Tammy Parrish of CYSL at any time.

Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

Further, CYSL does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall CYSL be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CYSL’s website, even if CYSL or anyone authorized by CYSL has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

CYSL does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. CYSL may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. 11A. Extended Lessons

Subject to agreement by both parties, the length of any private lesson, including tune-up mini-lessons, can be extended past the scheduled end time at the special rate of $50 USD for up to 30-minutes.

11B. Booking

Lessons will be booked by Client through Calendly, using links provided by CYSL. These links will be located in Kajabi and also sent via email.

11C. Rescheduling

If Client needs to reschedule a lesson, this should be done at least 24-hours in advance via the Calendly confirmation to avoid double-booking. If no suitable alternatives are available via Calendly, Client should contact CYSL via email.

11D. Tune-Ups

30-minute tune-up mini-lessons are offered to promote consistency in executing Your Signature Look. Client will be asked in advance to submit progress photos and topics they would like to discuss during the tune-ups. Seasonal adjustments are a common topic during these sessions.

Makeup tune-ups can be used to get feedback on makeup application and any products or tools Client is considering purchasing.

Style tune-ups can be used to get feedback on wardrobe editing or planning (items to remove or add), outfit styling, and any clothes, shoes or accessories Client is considering purchasing.

Personal shopping by CYSL of additional makeup and wardrobe items will be available at an extra charge.

Client is responsible for booking tune-up lessons on time. Reminders to book three- and six-month tune-up lessons will be emailed to Client one month and also two weeks prior to the start of the lesson month. If Client fails to book a tune-up lesson in the appropriate month, they will forfeit the lesson.

12. Office Hours & Email Support

Office hours provide a brief, visual and direct way for CYSL to answer Client’s questions between lessons. These 15-minute long video sessions are available in off-lesson weeks from onboarding until private lessons #3. Natalie Setareh and Tammy Parrish each have a Calendly link to their respective office hours. These links are located in Kajabi and are also included in their email signature. Office hours can be booked up to 7-days in advance.

It’s also possible to ask questions and receive answers via email. CYSL is available during business hours and strive to answer Client questions within 24-hours.

13. Personal Shopping

Personal shopping of Client’s capsule wardrobe and capsule makeup bag is included. A capsule is a minimum number of items that can be combined in a maximum number of ways. Ideally a capsule is seasonless. However since the program takes place in the spring or fall, shopping will focus on a six-month period. The spring cohort will focus on a spring-summer capsule and the fall cohort will focus on a fall-winter capsule.

Shopping takes place only after the Signature Look is defined and CYSL knows which items Client already owns which can be carried forward in the Signature Look. The goal is for Client to purchase the least amount of items necessary to create a capsule.
In the initial private lessons, budget and other shopping preferences will be discussed and confirmed, so that CYSL shops within the guidelines provided by Client.

Capsule shopping takes place in the weeks specified in Kajabi. Two main rounds of shopping are included: the initial round and a follow-up round after the initial round has arrived. At times, single items may need to be added after the two included rounds. Client can request additional items as needed until the third private lessons.

After private style and makeup lesson number three, any additional personal shopping requested will be billed separately.

14. Refund Policy

If for any reason Client starts the program and feels it doesn't meet their expectations, Client is entitled to a full refund within the first two weeks of the program, no questions asked. Once the one-on-one coaching sessions start, refunds are no longer possible.
